Sat down after running (first 5 k in 2 weeks!), crossed my legs like it was nothing. For me, surgery and the lifestyle changes I have adopted are so worth it!

Congrats on the 5k, well done! Isn't it funny how the little things that "normal" people take for granted are so huge to those of us who have struggled with weight? Sometimes I cross my legs, and it's like.. oh yeah, I can cross my legs now :-)0

I was so excited about crossing my legs again also, then I was reading an article that stated crossing your legs is bad for your health, I wish I could remember the name of the article.....but it increases your blood pressure and something about your main artery! oh well I still cross my leg just because I CAN!!!!!0 -
