Blood Pressure and Prayers

Hello to all my friends in virtuous living. Today I met my new primary care doctor. I have kidney disease, heart disease and diabetes. I am 71. I have had blood pressures that have hospitalized me over the past few years. Chaplynne has been praying for me, as well as the rest of the group. The blood pressures were at times as high as 246/110. Todays blood pressure was 135/65. Praise God. I had made no other changes to my life except prayer, and your prayers. I had a special prayer request I sent to our special leader Chaplynne and she wrote me a prayer that at the end she said keep Harriet from harm. God is. During lent I gave up sweets. No cake, candy, pies, cookies, ice cream, anything with high sugar content. I am very blessed. The doctor is 32 and asked me do you live alone. She asked if I can drive, do HP housework, dress myself, do my normal activities. I said I dance, walk, hike, golf, clean house and ride my bike. Told her I still work three days a week. God is my maker, my keeper, and my daily help. I am so happy to be in a group of wonderful sisters and brothers in Christ. I can feel your prayers. Again, thank you all. I can feel your prayers. I am so happy for you Harriet. You have also been working on eating better. That really can help a great deal.
