Hi everyone thanks for adding me I have been doing myfitnesspal off and on for years.. I should be a pro at wieghtloss.. Anyway this time I have lost 16 so far and wanting to loss about 19 more then see how I feel from there... I live in Alexandria Indiana, anyone close by?

    I'm from Frankton myself.. not too far.

    There is a "tthomas1976" on my friends list from Alex.. I think he may be in the group, but probably doesn't check in here much, he IS active on MFP though... There have been a couple gals that have joined the group, but they haven't stayed active in here, and since I didnt' friend them, I lost track of who they are...
