Herbalife committed

I first started taking Herbalife here and there when my mother started 2 years ago.
After seeing her results, I decided to finally be committed to it. I've been focused and committed after these last holidays and noticed that I had gained weight considering I was still trying to lose my pregnancy weight. My son turned 6 months during the holidays. I know I shouldn't be hard on myself, but how can you not be some what judgemental of what your body looks when everywhere you look its all about being thin and sexy.
I don't plan to be thin but I do plan to get into a healthy weight.
I also need to be active for my 4 year old.
After the holidays I weight 148.6 lbs and now I'm down to 141.2 lbs. Yes I keep track of my calories and exercises.
Now that the weather is nice, it permits me to go for a walk with my kids.
I don't have time for the gym, although I wish I did.
I did however sign-up for color me rad (a 5k run), with a few friends and family.
I am happy with my results so far from Herbalife products.

    Firstly, don't be hard on yourself! - Being a mother in general will no doubt take up most of your time, let alone through the holidays, making healthy eating/prep harder!

    Glad to hear you're enjoying using Herbalife, I started last June having 2 per day and experienced pretty good weight loss :)

    I use it mostly now on weekends as a quick breakfast when I'm hungover or cant be bothered to make anything, and enjoy it!
    Keep it up and you will see results!

    The only criticism that I have with Herbalife is the sugar content in the f1 shakes, around 21g to my memory!
    Aside from that it's great!

    IF you can get them, try using the Fibre and Herb tablets, they work great for me!
