Completed The Prep Schedule Today

So, today was my last day of the 9-week Prep Schedule, which ended with a nice 40-minute stretch. I did EVERY workout on the schedule and as a result, I'm super pleased with how my endurance has gone-up and my flexibility has definitely improved with all those stretching classes.

So, tomorrow is officially Day 1 of the main program - I have the advanced discs as well, so this will be another 20 weeks, but I'm really looking forward to it.

TurboFire has already done so much for me in terms of weight loss and fitness, so I'm expecting great things by the time I finish in 5 months time. :-)
