I get nausea after taking my chewable multi-vitamin

I feel really sick and try my best not to vomit after talking my chewable multi-vitamin. I dread taking it becomes I immediately get nausea.

    I invested in this wonderful liquid vitamin from GNC and I am not having any issues with that. It's a bit pricey but I have also heard that it helps with the transient hair loss issues. :smile: ( Wellgenix - balanced essentials)

    You must take it with food already in your stomach. I am the same way. I take mine about 15-30 min after a meal. Right before I start drinking again

    I do take it after a meal. Then I definitely have to drink something afterwards. But I still get nausea, do you know if they have this vitamin in a gummy form?
