My daughter was sleeping 10-12 hours a night. Now (4mo) she is waking up every 2 hours to eat and is starving (she eats about 6oz each time!) Anyone know of a way to get her to go back to sleep??

It could be a sleep regression and/or a growth spurt. Also, any chance she is teething (and nursing is more for comfort than to satiate her hunger)?

I wondered about the teething (she is drooling a lot) but she eagerly will take a bottle and finish it as well so I don't think it is for comfort. I have tried pumping first to see and she gets angry if there is no food. I am guessing growth spurt but wish there was a way to convince her to get her calories during the day!
