Chocolate and Cheese and Eggs, Oh My!

So yes - I agree with KardioKim that these are the hardest to let go. Even knowing what I know, and having my Animal Rights Friends sending me graphic reminders, I still have trouble passing by a wedge of brie. I don't like any of the cheese substitutes I've tried. There's an Almond one that's sort of okay if melted.

I know some of this will be repeat information for some but since there's no other active threads, what are the best cheese substitutes you have tried?

Thanks, Karin

My favorite cheese substitute is Daiya. It's expensive, at 5 bucks a bag where I live, but it's worth it. It melts and has no cholesterol. I'm not sure if it's non-gmo.

I had yolk-free eggs this morning for breakfast. I love them. With the aforementioned cheese. ????
