You all might get a kick out of this: Sunday morning my 5-year-old daughter dragged me out of bed. "Come on Mom, we have to exercise!" So I plod out to the living room (still half asleep) and find her watching a T25 Infomercial and trying to do the exercises. It was so cute seeing my girl show me how to do a side plank!
