Hybrid

Hi all! Well, I'm starting a hybrid of P90X3 and Turbo Fire- my two favorite workouts! Since there's nothing formally out there, I have tried to adapt the P90X / Turo Fire hybrid. I actually found a slew of hybrids on this one blog http://soreyfitness.com/

I previously did 2 months/ blocks of P90X3. I loved the workouts and I can tell my body shape changed. I didn't really lose any weight, but I think I just need less calories than what beachbody recommends. So my plan is to keep my calories lower and with the extra cardio I'm hoping to lose a dress size before summer.

I'm also not going to take the easy way out of some of the weight training workouts... I don't feel like I cheated, but I'm going for real pull ups(assisted) rather than just the bands. Plus I want to try real push-ups. I've been favoring knee push-ups because then I can manage whatever crazy thing Tony wants us to do- but maybe one or two(increasingly) of reall push-ups will increase my muscle strength...

Today is day two- but with kid sleepovers and not much sleep I'm afraid TF 45 + 15 HIIT will do me in for the rest of the day!! But no excuses- I'm deciding to do this!
