Playing Catch Up

Started again last week, then ended up missing Rcovery, Pure Cardio, and Plyo (tilling/making garden rows for 12 hours a day will do that sort of thing.)
Missed yesterday because i needes the rest.
So today and tomorrow im doing catch up (it works for me, dont go all alarmist on me). Im doing Pure Cardio, Power and Resistance, and Plyo today, then Power and Plyo again tomorrow. Thursday will roll around and ill be ready to recover and caught up. I usually go all out on the first one and then set reps afterwards (i.e. 30 each in round one, 20 in round two, 10 in round three)
Hopefully when my garden is planted ill have a few weeks of working out like a normal person again (im sure ill be happy when im eating peppers from my garden, but right now im kicking myself for expanding it almost 40')
