Its been one year since my robotic hysterectomy and I have gained 35lbs! The doctors took everything all I have left is my galbladder ![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I am on the Vivelle hormone replacment theropy patch and not sure if that is what causing all the weight gain????
I have worked my butt off at the gym I have done strict diets but nothing seems to work I still gain weight. I have loss some weight thru out the year but not much. I would love to be able to fit into my summer clothes this year.
I would love any advice to help me get this weight off
*I am still eating well and working out, but getting very very discouraged.

All my parts are gone too :ohwell: and i'm not on any hormone replacements so it may not be the meds....As I said in the other topic I was told that sometimes after the surgery your thyroid can get knocked off balance and that would make the weight gain. It may just be a slight bit off and not even a "noticable" amount....
I 100% understand0
