Drink a nice big glass of lemon water instead of hunting down a snack when I got home early (I hate being home alone....I know silly but it's my tough time)

    Put myself first and go to the gym.

    I haven't taken the opportunity to exercise at all this week yet...and that's just sad.
    I need to come first.
    SO, even though there are issues at home and much to do there, it can wait a couple of hours today.

    I need a mental health break...I need to get my butt to the gym.

    Well today I choose to get myself my mocha treat on campus rather than seriously hurting someone (on the phone 1200K away) I allow myself one a week and it's 200 calories of delicious.

    Play here alone but that's ok, also I choose to walk home from the gym today (glorious day!!!)
