Beaverton/Tigard Lady lifting partner wanted

I am lifting 2 or three days a week, currently going to the Crunch gym on Cascade Ave (but could consider another gym perhaps). I would like a partner to lift with on occasion. I am into free weights, barbell weight training. Also I like to walk steep hills at Cougar Mt. park which I only do with partner for safety (I'd be up for more one woman for this, etc.).

I usually have workout time on Weds, thursdays, Fridays and mid morning Sunday. I usually get kiddo off to school than have availability from 8:30am to 2:30 during the day.

I walk a 15 minute mile pace and do some jogging.
