Newbie Intro!

Hello all.. I am brand new to stronglifting, did my first 5x5 workout yesterday and I am feeling it today! I have been doing weight resistance since January but switched over to the 5x5 to try something different. The old routine was getting a little stale. Good luck to you all and happy lifting!

HI! I also just did my first 5x5 workout last night with my husband. We have not really worked out at all and man today we are feeling it : ) Can't wait for tomorrow night to try it again. So glad I found this group I creeped through the forums all day yesterday and got so much great advice for last night. :happy:0
