Hey guys! Newbie!!

Hey! I just started T25 this week and I love it so far. Today was my second day. I was thinking if it would still be okay to continue doing bikram yoga. I don't want to give it up. Do ya'll think it would be okay? Also, does anyone follow the nutrition plan? I have been and have really been enjoying some of the recipes.

  • I think doing yoga and T25 is awesome. I know there are several people in this group that are doing multiple workouts simulateously so I definitely think you'll be fine. I don't really follow the nutrition plan but I remember seeing several recipes that looked really yummy, I'll have to go back and try some :)
