Hi everyone! Hope its okay that I started this thread this week... But I am excited to post my results, before they go out the window tomorrow with the big family Easter Dinner!

So it appears that I've made up with my mini-stall and I am continuing with an average 1lb/week loss, total of 4lbs thus far. I must say, I feel like I've been working fairly hard at this, so it doesn't seem like a lot of result for the effort, BUT I know that I need to keep at it and it will alllll be worth it.

That said - tomorrow I am taking a cheat day... I plan to have a little bit of everything at my mother-in-laws Easter dinner, and I plan to enjoy some cinnamon buns fresh from the oven with my family first thing in the morning. :-) I'll have the rest of the week to make up for it!

    Thank you for posting! I completely forgot it was Saturday...

    I started at 154 and I've been steadily losing a pound or two a week, minus the hiccup with the new scale. It's kind of a lot with so little to lose, but my appetite has been all over the place this crappy April.

    Last week: 143.2
    This week: 141.4

    I've also lost a half inch on my waist and hips, bringing them down to 26 and 40 inches, respectively.

    And congrats to everyone who has kept up with this group, whether you're losing our not. Accountability can be so helpful!

    It's my TOM and so today I weighed in @ 146.6. Usually my weight goes right back to where it was before it came and so I'm hoping it goes lower by the end of the week.

    I was honestly shocked to see a loss this past week with how much I had been eating!

    Also what are we considering to be the start of summer?

    Week 6: 137 lbs (grrr)

    Signed up for a sunrise boot camp which starts tomorrow! I'm a runner, but using weights and doing other stuff once in a while will be nice ;)

    That and I need to get my butt into gear! Not just for the summer, but for when I *hopefully* go away to school..somewhere tropical!

    Personally, I like the people in this group and will be still working away at getting healthy and losing weight in the summer...so I would be willing to keep going with this group during the summer!

    Woops, purposely didn't weigh myself bc Easter was a setback. But lost it back and feeling good!

    Sw 2/8: 156
    Lw: 142.5
    Cw: 140

    I'm super happy about it but got into serious arguments with my brother in law who criticized my new, dairy free lifestyle. Can't wait to go home and get centered :)
