Detoxing and weight loss... what are your thoughts?

There are so many different detoxes and cleanses out there.. It is so confusing on what to do.. juicing, colon cleanse, liver cleanse... etc.. etc.. I have done many myself, have researched a ton of them, and used many with my clients.
I have found that a if you are going to detoxify, you will never regret it you look for the following components: 1)simple 2) easy to follow 3)tastes good 4)alkalizing 5)reaches all 3 levels of toxicity- a)water soluble toxins b)fat soluble toxins c)metabolic waste and extracellular water. A cleanse that can reach all levels will aid the body in nutrient absorption, health regeneration and aid in weight loss in an effective way, It can even help the body absorb it's glucose more effectively, so anyone struggling with an excess of glucose can be helped by a 3 level cleanse. Has anyone else tried any sort of cleansing ?
