    What you posted doesn't make sense.
    30g protein would be 120 cal
    40g fat would be 360 cal
    90g carbs would be 360 cal
    For a grand total of 840 calories and~14%protein/42.5%fat/42.5%carbs, if I'm doing my math correctly.

    Is that what you plan on eating in a day? I would not recommend it. 40/30/30 would be a better macro split
    Also, your weight loss goal is too quick. Aim to lose about .5lb/week.
