I'd love to read about all of your Easter celebrations! Any family traditions?
For the first time in 15 years I actually spent a holiday with my family.
My Aunt moved to Ohio from Southern California and we all decided to spend Easter together. It was a wonderful visit! Granted my diet was pretty horrible over the weekend, but it was worth it, and today I'm back to the normal plan.
We are Italian and Lebanese, so we try to include foods from those cultural traditions for holidays. I make stuffed grape leaves the traditional way with lamb & rice. We scarfed them down with laban (yogurt) and olive oil.
Better than the food was the time we spent together. I will be thankful for this beautiful Easter celebration for a very long time!
