How are you all doing so far this week? I'm so excited to say that I'm completely over the sugar thing that I've had going on for the last couple of weeks. I completely imbibed last week all the way through Sunday and on Monday morning I didn't give the Dunkin Donut's donuts or bowls of Easter candy in my work breakroom a second glance. That makes me so happy!!

Great job on passing up the sweets Angela! That can be hard to do.

My weekend went much better. I stayed pretty close to my allotted treat calories on Friday and was perfect the rest of the weekend. I maintained last week but checked the scale this morning and I'm down 2 already, so I am hoping for at least a 3 lb loss this week. I record on Friday so I will let you all know. I have not been on here as much because I was driving myself crazy with obsessing with food so I just decided to enter my calories and try not to think about it so much. :-)

I'm trying something new this week. I am planing out my treat night menu today so I can try to keep it right at 1800 extra or less. That way tomorrow all I need to do is follow my list. We will see how it works. lol I checked my weight this morning and it's looking pretty good for this week. I'm feeling much better this week compared to last. It's horrible how I let the scale dictate my mode.

I'm down 4 lbs this week. It sure feels good after only having 1 lb loss the last two weeks. Now to just keep my treat night under control. :-)

Good job, Howie! Way to go! :drinker:

Angela, are you totally over sugar cravings? Having a much better week?

My week was good, I was down .6 yesterday when I weighed in. Which makes me very happy because I overate a bit on our race weekend... and it definitely wasn't clean food! LOL

Haven't had much activity this week besides walking and stretching. Even dusted off the Wii so I could do Wii Fit (nearly 3 years since I've done that!) so I could do some yoga and balance games. Trying to find very low impact activities to keep me from feeling like a couch potato.

What's everyone plans for the weekend? I think we're basically hanging out at home this weekend. I have a Weight Watcher meeting I'm going to in the morning (I go "mine" Thursday morning, then occasionally go Saturday to see friends and for an extra motivation boost) and I hope to make some more SANE cookies tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Hi All - I had a great weekend! Still no sugar cravings at all. I think that week long semi-binge really helped. Don't ask me how though as it doesn't make any sense at all. I'm glad it's over though!

Over the weekend we went to a Blueberry Festival at a winery that makes Blueberry wines. It was fun and you could pick your own blueberries...they were huge! We didn't do that because the lines were too long, but we did do the wine tastings and ate some awesome dry rubbed bbq ribs and wings. On Sunday we did yard work and put new flowers out front of our house.

I finally bought Carb Nite and I've decided to start it this Wednesday. I've been LCHF for most of this year so I don't imagine it will be a big adjustment to stay under 30g of carbs. The difference now will be that I'm actually counting my carbs where the rest of this year I just wanted to keep them somewhat low and I only tracked my macronutrient ratios. We will see how it actually turns out. ;)

Stacy and Howie - Great job to both of you last week with your losses and staying active! I really love seeing everyone's activity updates on MFP. It's very motivating to me!

    Here's to another wonderful week!!
