Current Weight: 147

July 31 Goal Weight: 125 (22 lbs)

December 31 Goal Weight: 110 (37 lbs)

Daily Calorie Intake: 1750 (It would be lower, but I'm still breastfeeding!)

Weekly Exercise Goals: Walk 10 miles, Run 2 Miles, 1000 Crunches, 500 Reverse Crunches, 500 Jumping Jacks, 500 Squats (holding my 25 lb daughter), 10 Minutes of Plank (Whew!)

Motivation: My husband, my daughter, and one of my jobs - as a stylist I need to be able to pull off all the hot looks! ;)

    Weekly Exercise Goals: Ripped in 30 (going to be done on Thursday) After that, I will start doing Blogilates and hopefully start C25k. But if I can find another Jillian Michaels workout, I would rather do that!

    Motivation: Jillian Michaels, getting to wear two-piece swimsuits, help my mom get more motivated, and to feel better about myself!

    Motivation: To be able to go hiking and biking in the mountains. Want to enjoy a long life with hubby. Would love to be able to get off HBP meds
