HEALTHQ NUTRITION is continuing SHAPE UP DENVER with another FREE 4 WEEK FITCAMP!
-This FREE event is provided by the team at HealthQ to educate the community and our club members on nutrition and wellness and to get healthy in a fun, encouraging, positive environment with a group of supportive team members and wellness coaches.
Who: All ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Participants will be divided into groups based on their current physical abilities and will work progressively at their pace until they are ready to advance.
What: A 4 week progressive program designed to help you not only physically advance your abilities, but more importantly, mentally expand your mind to greater achievements. One team of coaches will be instructing a low-impact, stabilization and basic exercise movements while the other team of coaches will be instructing a more advanced training including high-impact, agility, ployometrics, fast-pace aerobic activity.
When: Schedule is below. You can attend 1 class a day or both if you desire. Classes meet 3 days week, Mon-Wed-Fri 6:00am & 6:30pm
What to bring: Exercise mat, bottle of water and a positive attitude!
Requirements to participate: You must complete a Current Health Evaluation and Body Scan on Sunday May 4th.You MUST attend the first 2 days of FITCAMP (May 5th & 7th) in order to continue on.
