I've gotten into some good habits throughout April, water every day, no crisps (Which is amazing, as I use to have at least a packet a day! I've had none this month :D ) And as of yesterday, a piece of fruit a day, yay. Changes I can stick to daily, and hopefully they'll just be natural to me. I bought a pedometer yesterday, I'm kind of nervous about finding out how many steps I do daily, as I know it won't be the recommended steps, but once I know, I can 'up' it :D

What type of pedometer did you buy?

I just bought a cheap £4 pedometer. I though there was no point buying an expensive one if I give up with this after a week. So, I'm going to give myself a few week with this one, and hopefully stick with it :)

A pedometer is a great start, getting it in the correct position so it works, seems to be quite tricky.

A cycle ride for me today, but a bit too much food as I still have 5 more days of the Easter holidays left!!
