Red wine

Hi everybody,

I'm eating whole foods and try to keep it low GI most of the time, I don't eat sweets or added sugar, just the occasional drop of honey in smoothies, but my debility is wine with dinner! I have Iowered my intake a lot since Ttc, and now I have 2-3 glasses a week.

Obviously, if I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not, I don't drink, but especially after the monthly BFN a glass of wine helps.

My question is: Do you think alcohol, even in small amounts, can disrupt our already out of whack hormones even more?
