I just finished "40 Minute Brutal HIIT Cardio and Kettlebell Workout - Workout to Build Lean Muscle and Burn Fat Fast" on Fitness Blender.com. Does anyone else here use their website workouts? I have only done 2 so far and I have really liked them. I just picked up a kettlebell at walmart yesterday. It is a 20 lb one so I used it for one part of it and for the other parts I used a gallon of water which was roughly 8.5 lbs. I sweat like no mans business! lol.:happy:

Never heard of it but I do subscribe to Pop Sugar fitness on YOUTUBE. ( I know it sounds lame) but there is tons of workouts on there some of them are cardio, strength training and some are tabata ETC. They range from 10 minutes to 1 hour PLUS. It really helps prevent me from getting bored from my videos at home. I mean I love Turbo Jam and Leslie Sansone but after awhile they can really grate on my nerves. Always good to switch it up. I will definitely check out that website I am working on strength training right now and I really wanted to get into kettle bells.0

ChaiyaChaya2 - Thanks for the extra website tip! I am always looking for new workouts. I completely relate to the old dvd's getting a little....well....old. lol. I feel the same about never getting bored w/ the website I am using because there are SO many to choose from and you can do a search to make it exactly what you are looking for by checking the little boxes.. I figure it will hopefully always keep my body guessing. lol. I will check yours out too!:happy:0
