Am I the only one who is finding the weight coming off at a super slothy speed? Is it the dreaded age thing? I'm within my calorie requirement, I exercise daily for at least an hour and a half.. Does it slow down after the first month?

How long have you been really trying? Not since August 2012?
My profile says I've been a member for over a year, but I've only been really active since April 13th. Keep trying and it will come off. It works if you work at it.0 -
I feel the same way. I think it is just slower with age? I tend to stay steady and then drop a few pounds - then nothing. I watch what I eat and exercise - primarily walking 4-5 days a week.0

I've lost 9.4lbs in 2months since I started my "mission" to lose the extra pounds. I have my goal set up at 1.5lbs a week but that was not always the outcome.. frustrating but I do not plan on giving up.0

I haven't looked at your food or anything but slow and steady wins the race. Keep charting as accurately as you can and keep it going!0
