I have recently been back on this website. And am excited to see what God is going to do now that I have totally given my food addiction over to Him. I have been abstinent of sugar for 18 days and feel soooo much better and have noticed that I am not always having "hot" flashes. Hebrews 3:13 tell us to "But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called "Today,"s o that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness. (TLB) So today I want to encourage all of you who are struggling to remember that saying in Phillipians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus and He will comfort and pull you through.
