    funny, i just found this neila rey site (through mfp) maybe 20 minutes before seeing this! i'm not seeing this particular challenge on their site; will you be posting the exercises each day? do you know if there's a way to get reminders or posts on my wall for these? i'm sort of forgetful about checking things if i'm not reminded... ! thanks!

    30 min walk

    Today isn't one of my cardio days so I chose to go light. But I feel great and I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

    Day 1 completed - but I did level 1. Lunges kill me! Now I have to hold the hand rail going down stairs :)

    1.5 Hr very slow pace walk (b/c I was with my daughter and our doggie)

    I kind of overdid my eating today tho... :(

    I completed day 1 at level 1, as well... recovering from a stomach bug but did it anyway :)
