Well, I made it :happy: ! A good part due to the motivation of this discussion group. I am optimistic that I am on the right track. I am planning on continuing what I have been doing - gym workouts, Nordic walking, and now that the weather is getting better, I'll add some biking to the list. I have another goal in mind now - another 5 lbs by June 6th.
