New to all this!

Hi All,

Never calorie counted in my life but after more months than I care to imagine on the Slimming World programme, maintaining, gaining then losing week after week after week I now have an appointment to see a dietician. I've already been warned I may be put on a calorie controlled diet so thought I'd check out this website for advice before hand. Any tips on how to use this website and any other hints and tips would be gratefully received. Thanks for reading!
