Hello Everyone!
Next week we will have our last weigh in and biometric screening! Thanks for sticking with it! The leaderboard looks like this:
Spencer 10.54%

Jen 9.9%
Svetlana 4.6%
Rachelle 3.8%
Next week on Friday, we will be announcing the winners. Again, we will award prizes to the people who lost the most body weight percentage and the most body fat percentage.
As a final activity for us all, I would like to propose a hike up in city creek canyon next week. I’m thinking Tuesday, after work (around 5ish). If you’re interested in participating, let me know and I will send out details.
