Hello! New to phentermine. This is my third day. So far so good on it. I am noticing the loss of appetite more today. I also noticed that it does wear off in the evening. I haven't had any trouble with insomnia but that could be because I take a lot of other meds too that make me drowsy. I did wake up at 4:30 this morning though lol. Partly due to my cat waking me up. Oh! I am taking 30 mg. Dr says we will try three months and see how it goes. I hope the results are good.
