Goals!

Hey you awesome people! Just out of curiosity.... What are your goals for this year (or goals in general that don't have a time constraint)? They don't have to be fitness related either! I will go first :)

1. Run a personal half marathon

2. Get brave enough to start an actual heavy lifting program and get off the gym machines

3. Do one pull up

4. Master a 16/8 fast on Saturdays

5. Get into college and pursue a degree in something I am passionate about

6. Continue to improve my communication skills in my relationship and in life in general

7. Become a cyclist

8. Floss everyday

That's about all I can think of right now! Your turn :)

    Ooooh, I like your goals! ! Mine might be silly or unrealistic. ..Not sure bahaha.

    1. At least 200 lb deadlift 1 RM (I'm close at 185 lb)

    2. Bench body weight for 1 RM (unsure on if achievable as I know upper body is slower to progress than lower...I think? Lol)

    3. Six pack. ..want a six pack Sooo bad

    4. Use big girl plates for squats

    5. Try all the peanut butters!!

    1. Finish this semester will good grades
    2. I like the flossing goal!
    3.Lose my weight gain from school (15lb) and then tackle another 25lb!
    4. Keep progressing on my lifts (I benched 95lb today!)
    5. Be happy :)
