Just a quick check in on how everyone is doing. I have been holding steady while building lean muscle. Adjusting around some of my measurements, which is great, so all in all, on the right track. I do think I need to add some more good fats into my diet. How are you all doing?

    Well this is my first post to this group. I had a terrible weekend. I did not log much. I have no excuses and I know I will beat myself up for it. I will up and dust myself up, then get back in the saddle for tomorrow is a new day!!

    Only beat yourself up if it expends a lot of calories! Otherwise, it's a useless venture and best not done. You've lost 60 lbs., you must be doing something right.

    Remember when you have a bad day, just start again tomorrow. The more you feel bad and defeated over it, the more chance you have to continue a bad pattern. This is a great place to share your bad days.. we all have them. Just stay strong and keep going forward.. :)
