1. For chicken and turkey you can’t beat the Applegate products because they are antibiotic free, gluten and casein free, and are healthier than other cold cuts because they use sea salt and celery powder instead of nitrates.

3. When choosing tortillas the best choice is corn not wheat! My favorite is Food for Life sprouted corn tortillas.

4. Gluten free crackers should be low fat and have a larger serving size. A good choice is Blue Diamond.

5. When eating nuts our rule is any kind but peanut and never honey roasted. Organic are best and raw is better but not mandatory.

7. Healthiest milk alternatives: almond and coconut milk unsweetened.

8. Best yogurt choices, Fage, Chobani, Westfield or Stoneyfield.
