Great job on all the walking! I would be tired too. lol.
I am excited to start the week off using my new kettlebell atleast 3x this week. Not sure about the other 2 yet. Might do some of my good 'ol standby videos.0 -
My weekend was not too bad, thank you. I'm still focusing on eating within my caloric range and if I get exercise in, then that's a plus! Here's to a great week. I'll be weighing in on Friday.0

Les68cn- Good luck on your weigh in! I often go over my mfp calorie goal but I kinda have a different one in my head cuz I think the mfp one is a tad low. Lol. I figure anything under maintenence is a good start though!0

I'm just very happy and positive about 20lbs for summer
I've upped my mfp calorie allowance, as I wasn't losing weight on the lower allowance, well, it kept leading me to going over as I was hungry I've upped it a bit, maybe its all in the mind! lol
Anyways, I'm rambling.......

Good job everyone! I did pretty well last week (missed a few exercises) and I ate fairly well. Not as many veggies as I would have hoped. But I'm looking to do better this week. I got a new foam roller and plan to roll out after my workouts as well as before. My back is already thanking me!0

Is anyone going to do anything different this week? Push them selves with a certain exercise? Or simply just more of the good stuff, water and fruit (that's my goal).

Aiming to up the exercise again after two weeks of doing the minimum due to kids and Easter holidays, today went for a 31 mile cycle ride, although not sure I am going to be able to do anything else today!!0

I did 3 new workouts. One was 35 min and the other were both 10 min each. I am going to try to fit a new one in everyday even if it is just a short one after a longer one.0
