Yeah, I can still fly in my invisible plan but if you go to the other DC Comics I can fly!!!!!! Woooo Hooo! Ok, I digress the most important is strenghtening all of our muscles. Most of us women especially forget our upper back muscles. We want total strength and balance in the body...I advise to look at all the videos because they each give not only correct technique but the where, how, why and the benefit!

    Will have to take a look (can't view them at work) since Super Trainer had modified our training sessions to 1/2 hour and upper body and abs until we have determined the status of my crappy knees (so far we have established that a) yes, my knees are crap, b) yes, I have to pay a $40 copay per pt visit and the 2 visits per week for 4 weeks are out of my range of affordability c) ortho has left me unsure of where I would stand after said 4 weeks anyway since she sees no reason to see me after that.... my knees would still be crappy, I would still be having problems and I would be out $320 that I don't have). Going to pick up my x-rays for a 2nd opinion from an ortho that a friend knows (who will do this for free) so I can decide if I want to go get a real 2nd opinion
