Hi! I'm new to running, training as best I can on my own and completed my first 5k run yesterday with a time of 26:25, 6th in my age/gender group - I am very happy with this as a starting baseline as I was only hoping to hit the 30 min mark. Any tips on how to train well and work up to 10k races is welcome!! You guys are all amazing inspirations!!
