Today I checked out the Pop Sugar Fitness on YouTube. I think I am going to like it a lot! :happy: Just curious, do you log it as circuit training when you do it? That is what I log my FitnessBlender workouts as and I was just wondering if I am in the right line of thought.

    Yeah I usually log it as cardio. I sometimes do more calisthenics or weights and cardio then I have it as circuit work but I am not 100% sure if it's intense enough to be considered that. So when in doubt I put cardio.
