Can anyone recommend a good Yoga or Core video? Hoping for something around 40-60 minutes.

If you can get your hands on them, the P90X yoga and Core Synergistics videos are great. The X stretch is also good for recovery (kind of like gentle yoga). There is no real substitute for taking an actual yoga class though.0
