Hey Everyone!

I've been down but I wanted to make sure to come in today and make a post.

So this week, I'm challenging something simple.
When faced with something you're struggling with... A temptation to beat yourself up about something regarding your work here on MFP... I challenge you to come to MFP and post something POSITIVE that you're doing to achieve your goal, whatever it may be.

Instead of posting that you had a cheat day and that you're mad about it, post what choices you made that day that were *good*. Admitting to the extra calories is fine, but beating yourself up? Just pointless. Recognize, bundle, and set aside. Learn and move on.

I also bring back the 7 Minute Promise for this week. Let's see some posting of the 7 Minute movement! It's a perfect solution for those moments of emotional downfall and doubt. Instead of posting your disappointment, posting some movement :)
