P90x3 Lean

Hi all. I took a break after my first 2 blocks of X3 and decided to start back at it with the lean version. I started yesterday with Accelorator- tough! I have lost some of my strength and stamina!
I'm also jumping on the bandwagon and doing the 21 day fix, sorta. If you look online a bit you can pretty much find all the info you need. I know I struggle with diet (and that's my main problem) plus people are getting great results... So I'm giving it a go. I'm actually doing well sticking to it without cheating. Well, as best as I know! I even put the scale away. It's driving me nuts bc I want to see how well I'm doing on the scale... But I play games when I have the scale. I know if I'm doing good, I'll allow myself a treat in the evening and undo my efforts. My husband is joining me too, he's been out of his routine with a new job and has put on a few pounds. H's been a good sport so far.
Well, time to do Warrior. Little nervous, I remember it being tough when I was in the thick of things.
