I will post with you! I started paleo on my doctor's advice, 90 days ago. The first 3 weeks were tough, but it has gotten so much better! I feel better, and many health problems are starting to go away.... Including rashes and headaches. I've also lost 23 pounds in the process. I have more energy than ever.
Apparently, I had more food issue than I thought. Eliminating certain food groups has been a blessing for me. I have added back cream ( but not cheese or milk). So far, no issues.0 -

Hey! Thanks for starting this. I love the idea and I need something like this to get my started on my weight loss goal. I'm currently at the worst weight of my life and want to be healthy and at my fittest best for my big 3-0 next year. I will add you on Instagram...and you can add me back if you'd like.

- Write down everything you eat
- Keep track of how many days you eat clean in a row
- BLOG everything you eat and your workout of the day
- Drink 64oz or more of water a day
- Try to avoid junk food / fats food and white bread
- Love yourself.
