I see that this group hasn't been very lively :yawn:
DId everyone abandon ship for other challenge groups or is everyone too shy??

In an effort to bring life back to the group I figured I would start posting my workouts...maybe others will do the same
and together we can motivate and accomplish our goals :flowerforyou:

4/28 Weight Machine Circuit - Upper Body 3x12 @ 25 lbs
Walk - 1/4 mile
Zumba - 1 hour
4/29 W1 D1 C25K
4/30 Weight Machine Circuit - Whole body 3x12 @ 25 lbs (time allowing)
Zumba - 1 hour
5/1 W1 D1 C25K (Yeah I'm repeating day 1 so I can try out my Zombie 5k app:laugh: )
Indoor Beach Volleyball -50 mins
5/2 Weight Machine Circuit - Whole Body 3x12 @ 30lbs
Yoga - 1 hour
Swimming w/ Kiddos - 1 hour
5/3 W1 D2 Zombie C25k
5/4 Outdoor Beach Volleyball - 50 minutes

    wow, that's a really diverse line up-- and it sounds fun as well as challenging. Thanks for posting this!

    I've been doing fitnessblender.com workouts in the park this week (on my phone), now that it's nice out.

    Today I did a jump rope + body weight exercise circuit video and a cardio + abs video (56 minutes total)

    Tomorrow I plan on doing an intense hiit video and a lower body toning video.
