Hello!

I'm Karlee, mum to two girls 2.5 and almost 5 and a nearly 5mth old boy. I'm breastfeeding exclusively and starting on MFP last week. I've used it sporadically between pregnancies but feeling ready to get back on the weight loss wagon.

Looking for some support in the way of friends doing similar, so we can encourage one another...

I've worked out that my BMR is approx 1600cals so I've put that as my daily limit and I add 280 cals as cardio to cover the feeding. Does this sound about right?
