Oh, my I need to do this all year around! LOL!!!!!! Hey try today if you don't want to do all month but really put some effort into it!

    Sooo printing this out! Muffin top needs to be melted... although I think it might be just a smidge, I was able (I think) to go in a link on my belt today (I may be deluding myself since I can't totally see over that muffin top to be sure I actually did, I'll have to wait til I actually make a dent in the belt or my pants fall down when I sneeze)... and all exercises are on the approved list for crappy knees (I did have to look up the elbow one since I wasn't sure what to do, but I checked the link and it sounds like it's a go!) First PT session for crappy knees is on Monday... not sure how I'm going to pay for it all, but I can't wait for friend of Super Trainer to decide she wants to help, I gotta get on this!
