3 weeks and I can start running again!! It has been since 1/3 I could not run and I am going absolutely nuts. But atleast me knee and ACL are repaired. I get that itch to just go do it every time I see someone out there. I have a feeling though it is going to be tough starting back up not just for getting into it but my cardio being shot.

    You'll be fine. Your base fitness level will see you right. I started running again in March after about six months off (pregnancy and a month's recovery once bubs arrived). It took about three weeks to get back to where I was before getting knocked up and now I'm faster than ever over 5-7 kilometres. Have yet to test my long distance though.
