    My goal for May is to lose weight and not gain it back.
    Morning workout at least 3x a week and do walks the other days (for the May challenge)

    Since starting MFP, my weight just goes up and down. What I lose one week, I gain the next week, and there were times when the scale wouldn't even move. In the past 90 days alone, my weight has fluctuated so much that if I only lost, I would have had a loss of 18 lbs.

    May goals:

    Exercise every day, even if only for five minutes

    Get into the 450's and stay there. Because of terrible edema in my calves, I can gain or lose ten pounds in a day. Just this week I've weighed in everywhere from 470 to 483. I'd like to see. 450-Something and stay there!

    Treat myself weekly to something beautifying--like a face mask, a hot oil conditioner, even a good thorough leg shaving!
