I know they've got some dodgy reviews, but they've got them at £3.99 for a box of 12 packs at Approved food.

They seem to have lots of shapes too. My theory is how bad can they be under a mound of Quorn bolognaise, plus I can wheel them out when my gluten intolerant friend comes round.

My favourite way to get noodlesque substitutes is to use my spiraliser to make veggie noodles, courgette or sweet potato are YUM0
